We spent the weekend camping out at Purtis Creek. The weather was perfect and the boys even caught some fish...shocking!

The kids loved sleeping in our tent and listening to all of the creatures singing in the night.

The camp site had a little spook house set up, but Madison and Meagan didn't last two minutes in there!

davis' birthday party

This morning we bounced out of bed in our pj's and headed over to the Moten's house to help Davis celebrate his 3rd birthday party. Madison got to catch up with Davis' sister, Sophie. The kids jumped in a big bulldozer and had fun in the backyard. What a relaxing morning sitting out under huge trees with a gentle wind and a good cup of coffee.

tvs fall festival

The kids had a blast at the annual fall festival at TVS. Meagan thought it would be great to wear their cat ears and Madison agreed. The festival included lots of jumping and sliding with carnival tables and a big pile of hay to dig in for trinkets. There was also disco music with plenty of dancing and giggling. We had three sleepy kids when it was finally time to leave.
