all about trains
Benjamin has really been playing with his trains lately. Finally, Benjamin has decided that train sounds aren't that scary after all. We had a great time taking him on the little train outside of the zoo today after our picnic at the park. He especially liked the ride back and the popcorn that his sissy bought him. What a big boy!

Butterfly Frenzy!
Meagan, Benjamin and I had a blast today out in the backyard watching the butterflies. THEN we remembered that we had an outdoor kit that had a butterfly net still in one piece. Well, it wasn't long before we had caught and released many of these beautiful creatures. Ben just thought this was too cool!

The Lightening Sharks
Madison and the Mighty Lightening Sharks rocked at their first game today. The Lightening Sharks shut out the Wildcats! Madison played the whole game and was goalie the last quarter. She stopped the Wildcats from scoring on several occassions! Way to go, doodlebug!
Of course, Benjamin, Uncle Chris and Sadie were all there to help us cheer on the Briscoe girls.
The Briscoe Bullfrog
Meagan had her first soccer game this morning as a Bullfrog! The first quarter was filled with excitement watching Meagan stand on the field and twist her hair while smiling beautifully for the camera. Second period developed into walking at times behind the beehive surrounding the soccer ball. Third quarter was a constant trot and by the fourth quarter Meagan was in the game, but ready for her Caprisun once the game was over! Seems like just yesterday that it was Madison that was playing with the flowers that were growing on the soccer field and stopping to watch a plane fly overhead.
